International Chamber House, Level 5, 151 Exhibition Street, Melbourne. 6:30pm start.

Our Mission
Our Objectives
• Develop a framework/model for Victorian and Maltese based businesses professionals, organisations, entrepreneurs and individuals to facilitate trade and promote their Products & Services.
• Encourage the participation of Victorian/Maltese in the community to explore and learn about their Maltese Heritage.
• Develop and promote opportunities for Victorian/Maltese to work, study and perform (e.g. The Arts) in Malta (EU) and vice versa.
• Identify and engage corporate/government sponsorship to assist in the funding of “The Victorian - Maltese Network’s objectives.”

Stephen Grech
Vice President
Stephen Grech is the Director of Doing Business Better which is a Lean and Six Sigma process and productivity improvement specialist consulting and training company.
Stephen works with businesses to make processes easier and faster to use. He engages and trains staff to learn how to remove the frustration in daily work activities by eliminating steps that simply do not add value. Together, we eliminate defects, we stop wasting time fixing things or searching for things.
Doing Business Better using Lean Thinking principle and techniques to assist the business deliver in full and on time. Stephen works with staff to design better processes. Together, we increase profits, improve quality and assist the business to become more productive and competitive.
Implementing Leaner processes enables operational costs to be reduced, it eliminates wasted time and effort, and it enables released capacity to be reinvested to grow the business.
Stephen provides consulting and training services to the manufacturing, service and agribusiness sectors. Government funding is available to eligible businesses to become more productive.

George Grech
Secretary
George has spent the last 5 years as Owner Manager of OzSpy Blackburn which provides security solutions including retail and installation services for CCTV , Alarms, Intercoms, Trackers, specialist cameras and spy equipment
George also has over 25 years experience in IT which has enabled him to obtain a broad knowledge and experience encompassing the full range of disciplines associated within any large IT environment.
Throughout this time George has held various roles including Hardware Customer Engineer, Systems Programmer, Technical Team Leader, Operations Manager, Project Manager and Program Manager.

Sergio Bonnici
Treasurer
Sergio Bonnici has been a Certified Financial Planner for over 10 years out of the 16 years in Financial Planning and is an associate member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). Sergio has worked in the finance industry throughout his professional career with experience in government and corporate as a Corporate Relationship Manager for six years.
Sergio continuously develops his Financial Planning/Superannuation skills and with meticulous attention to detail, Sergio keeps his clients "in the loop" and is always available to answer his clients' questions.
Sergio has scripted and broadcast financial planning advice reaching Maltese listeners on SBS radio for several years.
